Umm...soccer mom here. My kid CHOSE soccer on his own. We TRIED to get him to play football. He declined over and over and over and over again. He has tried several sports/activities. We recently talked about soccer again as he's on a new team for the fall and has practices twice a week and is VERY lazy about running the field (goalie is NOT an option for him either, TRUST ME) and he said "no, I think I should just go back to karate. I think that's the sport for me. that and shooting my rifle."
Re: OC'ing at a movie theater?
Maybe we should feel bad for soccer moms? Sounds like they're forced into the position..
j/k :P

I'm not sure what game you're thinking of here, but it's not soccer.

The ones in my area go 55 in a 35 zone and tailgate the heck out of everyone, and tend to be on the cell phone already, but I guess they keep a spare handy for 911 calling.
Re: OC'ing at a movie theater?
If you're talking about the Regal at Rt 248 and Rt 33, it's posted. I've CCed there several times with my wife. When she points to the sticker, (I think it's a revolver with line through it) I tell her, good thing I'm not carrying a revolver. And hold the door for her. She always goes in, and most of the time she doesn't know I'm carrying anyway till we get home. She's used to it now.......

Most places I go 98% of people are just going about their lives and don't notice. If they do catch a glance they probably equate it to a cell phone. The only way I forsee an incident is if some soccer mom goes into convulsions and calls the police.
Any updates?
Re: OC'ing at a movie theater?
I'm glad this is something that I don't have to think about much. I HATE going to theatres in and around Philly. Far too many people more interested in talking to thier friends or on the phone to make it a pleasant experience for me.
