Donleys on 309 just South of Coopersburg was at $25 person to person, last I knew. Eastern Arms South of Quakertown was $15 last time I was there. Not sure who is over closer to Hellertown proper. I have done several transfers at Donleys and they are good to work with.
Check with Brian at Easton firearms refinishing in Easton. He's a member here. Good prices and great service.
