You're referring to a coolant for the drill bit, etc?
For aluminum you can use just about anything.....literally from wd-40, to motor oil. to 3 in1, Cool Tool, water soluble. Anything, or nothing. It's aluminum. i presume you will using a jig and drill press. You won't be doing anything that requires concern. A CNC may be knocking them out at 200ipm and far faster. You will be doing one in a couple hours, if your lucky.
I'm not saying it's the best ting in the world but I use CRC or WD-40 at work.
I like CRC the best because it smells good... lol.:p but WD-40 works as well.
Using a SHARP high quality HSS bit (or buying a dedicated new one) then controlling the pressure when you drill is MUCH more important than what type of oil you use (if any).
A good drill press is important too.
I was thinking of getting one of the 5D tactical jigs found this video looked interesting a little over kill but if it works ;)

OMG it would be a lot easier and cheaper to buy a $50.00 striped lower off someone. lol...
That's almost what he payed for the oil.
It's a cool set up though.
I guess I'm a butcher, I use whatever oil I have that needs disposed of and just make sure it doesn't run dry.
Use bacon grease, that way it'll smell good while you're working.
