Wait Time Question

How long does one have to wait to apply for a LTCF after getting their PA DL? Or can it be done same day?

Same day as far as I know.

Just be ready to prove residency...utility bill, bank statement with PA address, etc.

Yup but to be clear: that will be to PennDOT, not the Sheriff's office.

Just to be clearer, the proof of residency has to make PennDOT accept you. The sheriff's office will then take PennDOT's acceptance when they issue you a driver's license.
