I am new to shooting and am getting tired of going to indoor ranges. I would love to have a place to shoot steel or other targets outside besides paper. Do you know of anywhere local that offers that or anyplace that I could join?

Northern Chester County Sportsmen's Club (NCCSC) allows it but I believe that their membership is full until next August. You could get your name on the list and there may even be a vacancy.
Well if you're from Thorndale, you can probably get away with shooting up any kind of steel within the city limits of Coatesville:cool:
sorry, I know the area well, had to say it !!!
Welcome to the forum CAMARuger9mm ....and oh you may try West Caln Sportsmans , not sure if they do steel , but they have a pistol league and a nice operation, not far from you near Honey Brook on Telegraph Rd. I've taken a few NRA classes there years ago
