Re: OAKS GUN SHOW! LARGEST SHOW IN THE AREA!!
We'll be here hopefully completely restocked on everything. I will have tons of my exotic 12 gauge, Incendiary rifle/pistol ammo, exploding targets, holsters and lots of other goodies.
Please stop out and say Hi!!!
Re: OAKS GUN SHOW! LARGEST SHOW IN THE AREA!!
Can't wait to see what some of these knucklehead dealers will be charging!
Re: OAKS GUN SHOW! LARGEST SHOW IN THE AREA!!
since supplies are low, maybe we'll see some cool, old, and c&r stuff that nobody ever bothers to lug to a show.
you know, like 28 gauge single shots, break tops, 9x23s, etc.
plus i expect a lot of Turkish and Filipino firearms.
Re: OAKS GUN SHOW! LARGEST SHOW IN THE AREA!!
The type of people that attend this show have zero interest in c&r and old bolt actions. I had a table there last year with bolt actions, mauser, arisaka , misc military collectables and bayonets and that show was a bad venue for them. People only asked about ar, uzi and ak parts which i didnt have and only played or handled the bayonets. . The dealer behind me had a nice t99 that sat on his table all day that i got for $100. Dont get me wrong its a nice large show but not good for mil surps.

i'm saying that since most don't have lots of new stock, they'll bring whatever they've got, including the wacky stuff that they would normally leave back at the gunshop.

Actually I used to ONLY go to Oaks for C&R stuff and I have to say that deals and selection on that stuff has been less than appealing. Maybe it's getting better but I will not be attending another Oaks show until the capitalist spirit dies down for awhile
$100 for a T99 is a good deal. I would have jumped on that!

I like both new and old stuff. I bring multiple copies of my C&R each time I go to this show keeping an eye out for milsurps. Bri's Guns always seems to have some good stuff.

EMac's Tactical will be there with the usual, and a few new things ;)
