OK or not, it's no doubt been covered here a million times but I can't find it. My Joe Poluka bar days are long since past but I do like a beer or two with food. Dukes or the many places that allow BYOB comes to mind. legal yea or nay?

Legal in PA
Legal to open carry and legal to conceal carry with LTCF. If owner asks you to leave however, it become illegal (trespass) if you don't.
It is legal to carry in a restaurant or bar. It is even legal to consume alcohol while carrying (in PA). Whether the consuming part is morally correct is your opinion/you know your limits.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.
No specific law against carrying and consuming alcohol in bars, restaurants, or otherwise.
Awesome, the only places I don't CC so far is Casino's and courthouse. Thanks for the info.
A Fed Court (Supreme?) recently emphasized that having a firearm "in" a Post Office includes the parking lot. The reason given is the presence of mail collection boxes outside. This expands the area where the function of the PO is conducted to outside the building.
