Non-Resident LTCF in Butler?
I am a new 'commuter' from Florida to Butler County, and am wondering if Butler issues non-resident LTCF?
I currently do not have any permitting from Florida, and am going to be here for a couple of months. Not that it makes any difference, but my primary purpose is for transporting through states, but also to local ranges.
Thanks for your help!
Re: Non-Resident LTCF in Butler?
If you do not have a FL resident permit, no PA non resident will be issued since that is a requirement, and if you have a FL permit, I think you will have reciprocity. FOPA for thru state travel and range and back does not require permit as long as the law is followed. Unloaded, locked in trunk etc.

Thanks for the info.
In FL a permit is not required if, as you noted, State law is followed. Close enough to the "Unloaded, locked in trunk etc" for my range needs while in PA. And yes, reciprocity does exist between FL & PA.
I have some time on my hands and was considering getting the permit in PA. I own property, but am not a resident.
Regards.
