Can anyone tell me where is the best place to practice target shooting. Me and my buddy are new handgun owners in SW PA. So far we have only been shooting indoors at A & S Gun Shop in Youngwood.

You could try to join the Hempfield Hunt Club in New Stanton
I was going to suggest A&S when I saw the thread title but..... You've already been shooting at the best indoor range in SWPa. Not sure what else you are looking for.
You could try to join Pitcairn Monroeville Sportmen's Club.
