Re: AR-15 Coupling Magazines
When do you think they'll learn that we will always find a work around to frivolous laws.
Wish I thought of it.

I have a few of these kicking around.

The rounds hanging out of the bottom are less concerning with a rotary mag.
Re: AR-15 Coupling Magazines
I guess the only REAL difference between this product and any other mag coupler is the fact that the profile is kept similar to a standard 30 rd mag.
For pouches, this is good. In use, I would think that a "normal" coupler would be faster since you don't have to "flip" the magazine to do a mag change, just lower the empty mag, shift to the side slightly, and insert the second mag.

Re: AR-15 Coupling Magazines
the geometry of flipping it is just awkward. far easier to buy "ban" mags in a non-ban state and bring them back.
oops... did I just say something illegal?

Only if you said it in NJ, NY, CA, CT, MA, RI, DE, MD, Washington DC, or Cook County IL.

You can't frikking legislate morality or safety. The person hell bent on destruction will always find a way (look at Toronto).
OK, rant mode off, I have the Ruger 10-22, and while I like the 25-30 round mags, I DON't like the "star mag" type of thing or even 25 rounders that clip together (like butler creek - one up- one down) the thought of dropping it in the dirt (even shooting prone with the bullets pointing into the ground ) bothers me (dirty bullets can go boom) I would rather just carry a pouch full of not linked 10 rounders facing the same direction.
