PA Supreme court decision on if open carry is suspicion of a crime.

I think this is the most important quote of those two articles:
Quote:
The Court then went on to agree with the primary argument that I made in the Amicus Brief that just as the police cannot stop an individual who is driving to see if he/she is licensed, police cannot stop an individual with a firearm (without more) to see if he/she is licensed to carry. In doing so, the Court declared “that the government may not target and seize specific individuals without any particular suspicion of wrongdoing, then force them to prove that they are not committing crimes.”
To myself; that is a lot of "lawyer speak" that means open carry is NOT a valid reason for cops to stop and detain you.
Please correct me if I'm not understanding correctly.
Edit:
I clearly can not type and spell at the same time. :p
Can someone fix my typo in the Title of this thread ?

No matter what the courts say, Philly cops have no problem breaking the law.

And in New Jersey, they would wet their pants.

I'd still like to hear some professional opinions on the whole state-of-emergency thing affecting out of state licenses for carry.

You do realize technology will soon make this moot. Putting cameras on cops now. Face recognition works. Pictures on drivers and ltc cards. Cellular internet and the soon to be 5g.
Re: PA Supreme court decision on if open carry is suspicion of a crime.
Will they appeal to... the Third Circuit? Or is this the end of the road?
What would the Third Circuit do with it?

No proof of an overt crime hasn't stopped the Democrats from persecuting Trump.

Unless I'm missing something, this is a PA supreme Court ruling, you know, the 7-2 Democrat court, and thus, the end of the road.
Big win.

You must not be keeping up with things in Philly.
