Hi,
A friend of mine is visiting Philly in a couple months and he's a Firearms instructor with an LTCF from Virginia. Now We have reciprocity with them BUT he wants to be sure he can carry concealed in Philly without trouble from the Police should he be stopped for any reason. He is just trying to keep lawful.
He also only uses HP ammo.
Does anyone know if he'd run into any problems with HP ammo and a VA LTCF?

personally, though, i would suggest he not tell any police officers he is carrying unless he is asked to get out of the car during a traffic stop or otherwise thinks there is a good chance the officer will discover the gun on his own (there is no legal requirement to inform the officer in PA as there is in some other states). there are a few police officers out there who think they get to enforce their opinion as though it were law. but this is true everywhere in the country.
Thanks fellas! I figured as much... It's a plus that we remain lawful in not having to reveal with are carrying a gun concealed.
