Went to the local Kohls to get a replacement battery for a watch. OCing a Colt 1911 with Walnut grips with the pony logo.
As I'm leaving, an employee asks, 'is that a Colt?' Which I smile and reply yes. He said, ' that's how mine looks when it's carried'

I never had an issue open carrying at Kohl's and neither has my son. Including Philly.

Never had an issue at Kohls. But that can change any day. It does not take a policy to make an asshole. I think people forget about that sometimes.
