Not good for a public or private range, but I once shot a can of spray foam with a 7mm Mag and filmed it with a high speed camera. It was pretty damn cool watching that explode.

If you have a 460Wby Mag, you can do like my uncle and cousins do .... 1 and 5 gal buckets full of paint.

I've shot full cans of shaving cream. I got the cheap Barborsol they sell for 1$ a can. I hit one with a 12 ga slug and it exploded in a rush of white mist. :D
I would think that any spray can would erupt in a fireball if hit with a fire burning nearby. The goal would be to puncture & incinerate at the same time. Just make sure everyone is a safe distance from the target before shooting. Ending up in a burn unit would really suck. :( By the way, I have never done this. ;)
Some ranges, especially indoor ranges may restrict this sort of thing,so be careful. :D
Empty toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls hung from a string or piece of yarn. When the tubes get raggedy, we aim for the string/yarn. My grandson has a blast doing this.

I like to shoot those free AOL trial CD's and wood/tile/marble samples you get at your local Lowes.
