Tri town is in West Caln on Birdell Rd has all that. Might have a waiting list.

Southern chester county farmers and sportsman association in kennett square. Not sure if there is currently a waiting list. Also Delaware County field and stream is withina half hour of west chester.
In west chester I'd go with Delaware county field and stream. They have one Pistol range, one small bore (22) range, one High power range, one black powder range, one archery range, one Table trap range, two skeet ranges, one Five stand range, three trap ranges, and one air rifle range.
We've been happy with Southern Chester County. The membership process is a bit of a pain, but it is close and a nice family friendly place to shoot.
