Posting this for a friend.
He recently changed addresses when moving into a new home. He was wondering how long he needed to wait till he could apply for his ltcf,if any wait at all was required. I told him to call the SO and they would have an answer but it's late and I figured someone could shed some light.
He moved from one long term residence to another in montour county. Didn't have a ltcf but now he wants one. Any help would be great.
There is no "wait" period, he should get his PA driver's license updated and then apply.
The time to update his driver's license is pretty short, but I don't recall what it is.

if he changed his address on his dl and either has the updated address on the front of his license or the yellow card that penn dot sends out after you change your address he should be good.
