Well that was absurd. The second he poured gas my gun would have been out. I don't know if I would have fired or not (no pun intended). What a veediot.

I don't think he deliberately set a fire at the bank entrance and injured 33 people because he was "annoyed at waiting too long".
I think Nur Islam is an Islamist immigrant who decided to partake in Jihad and committed an Islamist attack.

Nur Islam, 22, was caught on camera calmly entering the Commonwelath Bank in Springvale and then pouring petrol from a 20-litre container in the doorway.
Footage shows him bending down and igniting the fuel using a lighter from his pocket, which then sparks a large fire which engulfs his entire body.
Thick black smoke fills up in the bank as the fire continues to spread causing customers to flee.
The fire, which happened on November 18 last year, destroyed $2.5 million building and injured 33 people, including children.
Islam, who spent four months in hospital with burns to 60% of his body, appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court today and admitted to lighting the fire but said he ‘did not intend to hurt anyone’.
He told the court he was ‘angry at being kept waiting’.
Islam pleaded not guilty to 33 of the charges of intentionally causing injury and serious injury.
He faces 108 charges in total including arson and property damage by fire.
His lawyer, Barnaby Johnson, said the footage showed Islam pouring petrol onto the floor, stepping in the centre of the puddle and appearing to have ‘deliberately lit himself’.
Mr Johnson added: ‘He suffered the most significant and catastrophic injuries as a result of this incident.’
It is believed Islam, from Myanmar, had wanted to withdraw $442 from his account but became angry because he had to wait a long time.
So he allegedly walked to a nearby service station and bought 11.33 litres of fuel for $14.71.
He then returned to the bank, poured the petrol in a trail from the ATMs into the bank’s interior before using a cigarette lighter to ignite the fuel, police claim.
Islam is due to appear at the County Court of Victoria for a first directions hearing tomorrow.

I'm not sure that takeaway is necessary.
Guns are for all intents and purposes completely banned in Kenya, India, and France, and Islamists had no problem walking into those countries with fully automatic AK47's and going on unopposed shooting sprees that killed hundreds of people.
In India and Kenya the Islamists took over a hotel and a shopping mall respectively, and they systematically took their time and went door to door executing anyone that they found.
The attack in Kenya went on for 3 days before they killed the Islamists with a tank round, because the Kenyan forces lacked the training to defeat the Islamists with small arms.
The point being that removing all firearms from a population does not prevent that population from being attacked with firearms.
In fact the opposite is true, and by disarming a population you make them an appealing target for Islamists that have no problem accessing firearms regardless of legality.

In the spirit of the OP's theme for this thread; the anti gun crowd thinks if "guns" were magically 'disappeared' from the public that bad evil criminals would not find an alternative to guns to commit murder. Alas, the video showing a 'evil' phuck pouring gasoline in a bank illustrates what a person is evil and motivated can do with a non firearm.
It does not matter if it is a BLM, KKK, Siybioness Liberation Army or Al-kay-Duh for the sake of the argument set forth by the OP.
Your argument that guns will still get in the hands of evil people that intend to do evil with them is correct. U and I and many other 2A loving Americans agree. It has been document that people can make excellent guns with a few basic machine tools in the privacy of their private space. But the anti gunners are often to stupid to understand this.
The OP was simply addressing the common argument of anti-gunners that if guns are banned then people would be more safe cause their ain't no more guns to make people hurt bad.
