Ruger PC9 worth considering too at ~650 street price.
PCC are for target shooting, therefore .22LR, therefore the ruger 10/22 https://ruger.com/products/1022Carbine/models.html. enjoy!
Not sure if serious... ^^^
LOL
Since there are pistols chambered in .30 carbine,
I say the M1 30 carbin
i have a KR-9 and a Stribog Sp9a1 and either would be fine for inside a building but id still rather go with a rifle caliber.
