Goex Powder from Powder Inc., north of Pgh

I'm thinking about making a BP order to PowderInc.com. According to their website, price on Goex is $17.29/lb, hazmat and shipping included, on a 10lb order. That drops to $13.96/lb on a 25lb order. Looking for two or three others to help me get to 25lb, either as three 5lb orders, or one 10lb and one 5lb order. I'd want half the cost up front ($35 for a 5lb order, $70 for a 10lb order), the balance on delivery. Meet at the Beaver Valley Rifle & Pistol Assoc on 51 in New Brighton for delivery.
