I had been going back and forth between an 870P and an 1187P for about six months and finally decided on the 1187P about three weeks ago (I justified my purchase for an upcoming Massad Ayoob class).
I already have an 870 Wingmaster and have never owned an auto shotgun, so I thought I'd give it a try.
