Was on 118 the other day and seen the sign at The Fairgrounds for a gun show Oct. 1-2.
I never knew they had gun shows there. Is it worth going to? Don't really go to many shows, once, maybe twice a year, normally Split Rock, or Bloomsburg. Not really looking for guns, mostly stupid crap. Only reason for thinking about it is because it's local. So have they had them here before? If so, has anyone gone?

It is a Jaeger Arms show so there should be plenty of stupid crap! With that out of the way, since it is local, go for it. I have found most of their shows have a lot of non-gun stuff, but I have also found some kernels of wheat amid the chaff. Their web site list 400 tables, so there should be at least 150 with guns and gun stuff, maybe a bit more. Let us know what you find. They do have a bunch of smaller local types who have those oddball items you might be looking for.
