It came today. It's heavy, the trigger is crazy light, the sights are great, it's tight, it fits my hand very well. I'm loving it other than I have to work on my trigger control because every pistol with a trigger pull of less than 4 pounds, I get unintentional double taps. I'm thinking I'm releasing the trigger too soon, I need to keep the pressure on it until I come back on target, then release and squeeze again.
My grips are decidedly more burnt orange in color, it's a good looking pistol.
Looks awesome, I'm curious to see how it shoots for you.

Plus it's really cumbersome to carry 30 round magazines whereas 15-20 magazines can be easily carried and concealed if need be. Lots of good choices are available to you to include the Beretta M92, CZ as others have mentioned, I believe SW M&P pistols have the option of a manual safety and i believe the FN FNX pistols come with manual safety's.
Of course FN does have one but not in 9mm. (5.7x28)

Thank you.
I have some yard work to do as well as getting some guns shipped. I'm hoping to get that done today then I can wring it out a little bit on Friday. The mag and a half fired yesterday to use-up a partial box of ammo was grin worthy. The weight combined with the light recoil of the 9mm provides a very solid feel.

The Beretta 92fs is very high end (any 92 is, IMO). You can get 20 round MecGars that are nearly flush. Beretta makes a 30 round mag too.
They are very accurate, and they are very reliable and durable. The average M9, in the Army trials, went 13,000 rounds before a failure. Beretta claims to have taken a 92 at random from the factory floor, and put 100,000 round through it without ill effect to the gun.
