I feel bad cause I don't have a .22 target pistol. Now I have to go buy one.
But it won't be a Ruger MKII. I used to clean those constantly at a gunshop I used to work at. I never liked them.
My 2206 will fail to extract occasionally. I set it back to S&W once, and they adjusted the extractor free of charge. It still does it occasionally, and I think it depends on the ammunition I am using. Still a great shooting gun!
Ruger Mark II with 5.5 inch bull barrel. I could put all 10 rounds into a quarter sized hole. From a rest, I'm not that good without :(
My wife's new Taurus 970 may give it a run for the money in the long run. We'll have to wait and see how it holds up.
SW422 6 inch barrel... untill it "falls apart" or "breaks a pin" this will be my favorite .22 ever seen shot or held.... now if i could just get an extra fireing pin for it in case... get it surpressed, nice scope to weigh down the barrel... and tactical rear extended arm pit fabed grips... i would be a happy camper... love shooting, hate wakeing the neighbors... or missing
My favorite pistol is the Firestorm FS22. Reasonably compact, and though not a tack driver, is actually quite accurate. Also good cheap practice for my Sig 232.
My favorite revolver is my H&R Sportsman. Good plinker, reasonably accurate. My NEF R92 is a tack driver, but nothing wows the little ones like breaking open the top and watching the brass fly!
that would be a browning buckmark with a 4in tacsol barrel, best 22 ive ever shot!
my 422 is accureate and reliable... loves a good cleaning before 200 rounds... anyone have some good intel on an affortable surpressor? my gun shop has something for $230 looks cool easily removable baffels to clean fits the 50$ barrel adaptor... is there a better way to go? and Scope i need a good scope. this pistol is known for being surpressed with factory sights but i want more weight on the barrel and there is PLENTY of metal to mill... anyone with an idea for a good scope for this beast?
