Sadly, no reciprocity with Ohio.
I remember something about PA trying to work out something with OH a while ago, but I don;t believe it has gone anywhere. OH is still on the list of no-go's on the AG's website.

If you don't have an Ohio CHL or recognized equivalent, NO LOADED HANDGUN MAGAZINES (or speedloaders) IN THE CAR, ANYWHERE!!! No loaded rifle magazines, EVER.
Between that and FOPA, you will be fine in Ohio.
