Took a day off to go shooting, and an entire crew stopped by to replace the target frames. Thumbs up!

Used to be able to just go and shoot there. Now you have to have a hunting permit to do so. That SUCKS!

I think that is because part of the monies from hunters tags goes to run the ranges.
No taxpayer money goes to the ranges. Only fair if you ask me.

Or you can buy a range permit. Either way, some of your dollars are now available to help cover repair/upkeep costs. Before you were getting a free ride on my dime. I think range use (and therefore maintenance costs) had increased considerably, now more folks are helping to pay for said maintenance.

So you don't have a hunting license but you want to use the game lands hunting range for free?
