I was looking at Gunbrokers.com for a ISSC M22 (Glock clone) and the seller said no FFL required. Am I missing something? When buying a handgun online who is resposible for the transfer?

See above.
FFL required is a field that many sellers miss when they create the auction and it's default set to "No".
thanks for clearing it up....so I need to add that to the final price...ie is the item was 300 my real cost would be 300 + FLL fee which is about 50 bucks...
thanks again...
And don't forget shipping. It's my experience most decent local shops will beat your final cost though gunbroker after you factor in shipping and transfer fees. Of course that only helps if they have or can get what you want, if you want something specific and can only find it on GB, that's another story.
Use the find an FFL tool on Gunbroker.com and you should be able to bring that transfer fee down to about 25 bucks. 50 USD is what shops charge, for obvious reasons.
Take a trip up to Tanners in Jamison. Ask the counter guys for the model you are looking for, they may be able to beat the Gunbroker price you are looking at (with transfer and shipping) and you would be supporting a local business.
