The 43 works for me. 5'10", 160. Disappears aiwb and I shoot it well. I've tried the 365s, they're nice but I shoot the 43 better from day 1 with it.
You can find them used in the low 300s too.

I know you said single stack, but the CZ RAMI is very concealable, even as a double stack.
Another vote for the Sig P365, I have carried a Ruger LC9 and a S&W Shield and the Sig conceals just as well with greater capacity.
Walther PPS is pretty shootable.
Currently carrying a Sig P938. It's been in rotation for the past five years. Pleased overall, so far. It's snappy for a compact 9mm, though. Not as snappy as my PF9. The P365 and P365XL are high on my list to try. May change things up once I do.
I like most things CZ a LOT. The RAMI is a very good gun, but a little chunky and not much smaller than my 75D PCR, and that's why I've never picked one up. The best single stack 9MM I've ever had is/was the HK P7, but it is not small, nor light by today's standards. If I had to choose out of the current polymer choices it would probably be Walther PPS, or the Springfield XDs.
Definitely the Sig P365. I tried many others but but the P365 is the best in my opinion.
Again, P365. 12 rds in that magic magazine plus it's the most comfortable 9mm carry piece I've ever had, and there have been a few.
It would help you considerably if a range that rents handgun so you can try out the many good ideas that are presented here ! Although the Glock 43 X is now my almost everyday and everywhere CC with 10 rounds and one in the chamber.I feel comfortable enough with the capacity and dependability of my Glock 43 X !
Seriously, P365.
Ive made this offer to another on here that will soon be taking it up, if you in SEPA near King of Prussia id be happy to meet you at french creek outfitters and allow to you fire a few mags of your own ammo.
