Dormont Mt Lebanon is probably the closest to you and appears to be open for new members.

There is a huge waiting list at DMLSC. It's first come first serve. Submit your letter, link on main page of website but, don't expect to get in this year.
i don't know if they are accepting applications but Mingo gun club is over by Monongahela. Library sportsmans club might be another one but it is in allegheny county. Good luck
