Source for MAC M11/9 Type Receivers?

Anyone know a source for MAC M11/9 type lower receivers? Complete lowers, flats, or even the three piece weld together kits are fine.

At the last Monroeville gunshow I saw a guy who had a whole table of receivers, but unfortunately I didn't need one then. Anyone know who that guy was and how to get a hold of him?

I got a M11/9 parts kit that I really want to build up now, so if anyone could help me with a source for a receiver or kit I'd certainly appreciate it!
