I'm not sure but some one else will chime in  but in the mean time https://wnep.com/2018/12/27/clean-sl...-pennsylvania/
Best advice is to have a lawyer look at it. Usually, aside from drug charges, it takes an M1 or higher for an outright disqualification for LTCF. Sheriffs may use all manner of info, even non-convictions, to deny you for "character and reputation is such that the individual would be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety."
Also, if there was some domestic connection to the person you assaulted, you are prohibited at the federal level. THAT prohibition would apply to possession of firearms and ammunition, not just a LTCF.
What was the maximum possible sentence on that charge, if any?
It was a fist fight in high school. Maximum penalty 1 yr in jail
For some reason it doesnt show up on my epatch backround check. Only in court docket sheets it shows a quilty plea but no disposition
I am not a lawyer but I have a 40+ year old M2 and it was not prohibiting so I would expect that an M3 would not be prohibiting. You can do the research yourself and find out if it's an expungable offense and file with the county in which it occurred.
