On whole firearm purchases, I've read that if you purchase too many in one day (like 3 or more), you may very well get a visit from the ATF, though that may not be universal. A long while back I ordered 3 Anderson lower receivers, paid $40 in fees total, and never heard from the ATF, so I must not have met the threshold of suspicion or they just don't count unbuilt lowers.
In my lifetime, I've bought multiple firearms 3 times. Once, I bought 5 Garands from a vendor at a gun show, the next was an estate liquidation of 10 handguns (ffl assisted sale) and the last time was a perfect storm at a gun show, I bought 3 firearms from 3 different vendors within a 1 hour period. At neither instance did I ever get a visit from any government agency.
I'm not saying it doesn't happen, just relaying my experience.

If I, living in the People's Socialist Prison of New Jersey, did not get a visit from black suits with Ray Bans on, after purchasing 9 firearms in a single sitting, then I seriously doubt they visit anyone for multiple purchases like that.

Yes. It depends on what the FFL decides to charge.

Who usually offers Memorial Day sales, and, are any worthwhile? I'm hoping Primary Arms has some good deals on scope/mount combos.

Good to know. Yeah, no visit here either. It apparently has happened to a number of folks from my reading, but maybe they had other red flags. Also possible the policy is evolving, depending on who runs the agency.
Here's one piece of info on official policy:
https://www.atf.gov/resource-center/...firearms-sales
Doesn't imply you'll get a visit, but does state you will be reported to ATF kind of like people get reported for using more than 10K of cash in a transaction. Not a crime, but one more red flag for you.

Re: Share Deals on Guns Ammo Accessories Here
My most recent purchase was multiple AR lowers, an AR, and a Sig MCX.
If someone were to show up asking about it, "gotta warrant?" Would be the only thing I'd say. However, it appears to be urban legend, just like when people claim owning NFA items allows ATF access to your stash.
Re: Share Deals on Guns Ammo Accessories Here
Without divulging client details, I can say that ATF could indeed express some interest if you bought multiple guns of the same type all at once. Might be on the mandatory multiple reporting form to the task force, could be a phone call from a gun shop employee.
As we've seen from the Trump bogus investigations, once the Feds take an interest, it doesn't take much to get a warrant. If they have a warrant, they can look pretty much everywhere, and they seem to have a fetish about seizing your computers.
So ask yourself, would you rather schedule a brief meeting so that the local ATF guys can take a quick look to confirm that you still have those 12 Keltec's (instead of supplying them to local gangbangers or Jihadis), or would you rather they have complete access to your tax files and porn stash and your emails and all of your ammo and that box of sex toys in the closet, and let them stack all your guns and knives and Airsoft on a folding table so they can release pics to the media?
