The sheriff in Bucks is NFA friendly. Call up, make an appointment to get your form signed, present your LTCF and the form, wait a few mins. and walk out. It took me 20 mins to get a Form 4 signed in October. Here's the #215-348-6136

Bucks County is easy - like the other person said, call and make sure he is there and then just wait on line. My typical turnaround time has been less then 30 mins each time. The Sheriff's Dept is great to deal with....
