AK rear trunnion problem/question

I am currently converting a Saiga in 7.62. I am replacing the rear trunnion with an Arsenal rear trunnion so I can use a Russian Triangle folding stock.

I removed the original rear trunnion and also angled the back of the receiver to go along with the Arsenal trunnion.

My problem now is this:

The holes on the receiver are coned outward and the holes in the old trunnion were beveled inward, I'm guessing so trunnion kept a tight fit against the receiver ? The new trunnion holes are not like that though, they are just flat.

Thinking over my options I only see 2;

1) dremel down the receiver holes so they are flat/flush with the receiver or...

2) bevel the trunnion holes like the original one was...

I'm not sure if it matters which I do though...obviously making the receiver holes flush with the receiver would be easier BUT, is it that way for a reason...maybe to hold the trunnion in place better ??? Even though I will be riveting it shouldn't the rivets hold it in place securly enough ??

I'm at a stand-still until I figure this out, any help is as always much appreciated.
