I'm in. We need a similar turn out to the rally. I doubt they'll even try to cite 500 people.
I will begin firming up details about exactly WHAT the citation would be if they chose to try to enforce. What I could find so far is summary offense and no more than 1000 dollars. I don't believe they can arrest or confiscate, but I'm speaking to a local attorney that supported the 1/7 rally to confirm.
Keep in mind, you can attend this rally and NOT carry to eliminate the possibility of getting cited.
There's planning to be done and I will appreciate people's help. I'm not hard charging on it yet because nothing has been passed yet. I'm also assuming it really isn't going to get very far. However, someone did reach out to me privately with some good ideas..., like stringing crime scene tape across the portico of the building. :D
That’s cool but they may get you for defacing property 0-:

The assault weapon ban wouldn't apply anyway, because of the grandfather clause. They could probably cite us for the magazines, though.

I guess this is where people will say that always using an FFL is the best course of action, as it proves the date of purchase.
Most of mine have no such "proof of purchase"... just as God intended it to be.
This was baked in the cake from day one.
Come and take it!
I'm in pending something unforeseeable.
We could just pass a rifle and some cash back and forth over and over again and be SUPER un-grandfathered in.
