Applied for my LTCF 3 weeks ago. Received denial letter today. I've had 3 arrest. The last one was in 2004. Never was convicted of a crime. One was expunged. The case was thrown out. One was dismissed. And the last one was a failure to appear in court that was connected to the expunged arrest. I was denied based on character clause and my conduct on those dates which may have resulted in my arrest. If I never been convicted of anything then why would I be denied?
