Re: Moving guns PA to NJ??
We both enjoy vacationing there, and she has family there...the possibility that permanent residency there would drive me stir crazy has crossed my mind...but I thought I'd have a llittle fun with the firearms question in the meantime...

BTW there is an EXIT TAX when you sell and move out of state.......
Do you really want to live like this?

*as long as they comply with mag limit and AWB.
Re: Moving guns PA to NJ??
As long as they're NJ legal, you just bring them over. If your collection is 40 you can almost guarantee some will have to be sold. Then remember you'll have to transport by NJ law for range trips which is not trivial. Even if you're within the law but don't have an FOID card right away the NJ gestapo may think to arrest you.
Big thing to remember - there is no transportation exemption for hollow points when moving your residence. As soon as you cross the border with one little .22LR hollow point, you're in jeopardy.
Rethink the move. Coast will be underwater in 15 years anyway ;).

I think I stand a better chance of getting pregnant?

I lived in Toms River when stationed at Lakehurst, 68-70. Don't ever want to go back.

Point Pleasant NJ is not so bad. Its quite a nice place and the culture there is very pro Trump. But as other posters have said, if you like guns and you like the shore its better to be in other states with good shores such as Delaware.

Just don't take a cell phone video on the boardwalk.

This is like someone telling me they're going to climb the border fence to escape to Mexico. Firearm laws aside, who in their right mind wants to move TO New Jersey?
Even if a relative died and left me a beach front mansion I wouldn't move there. I don't even like visiting that state. If it wasn't for the fact that the Army likes to ensure I spend a few months at Ft Dix every few years I would deny even knowing it existed. Look at Delaware. Lower cost of living, lower taxes, laws that make sense, friendlier people, not as congested, property that is affordable, etc.
