I'd like to see him get the Glenn and Abraham treatment.
It is getting worse. The monied leftist Democrats and their globalist cronies in finance are seeking the destruction of the NRA. Please read about the latest move. http://www.breitbart.com/big-governm...-cut-ties-nra/
All the hysteria, 90% of it directed at the NRA, is aimed at crippling us.
Many here have expressed dissatisfaction with the NRA and have spoken about some of the good work done by other pro-2A organizations. There is the GOA, CCRTKBA, SAF USCCA and there is also the JPFO (producers of "Innocence Betrayed"). Of course, there are many state and local organizations.
Right now, the anti-Constitutionalists are moving in for the kill on the NRA. They know if they can destroy the NRA, every other group I just mentioned will be easy to marginalize and destroy, one by one. The left just hasn't gotten around to them yet. But they will as soon as they finish off the NRA.
That is what David Hogg and his woefully ill-informed student peers are being put out front to do. The funding for the anti-NRA propaganda machine and the assault on the NRA's base of support is massive. The left will secure a victory if they can isolate the NRA and separate the NRA from politicians, industry, commerce and finance. That is why you see the unprecedented demonization of the NRA, the furious boycott efforts and this latest move to move the boycott to every other area of American commerce, business and finance. It is Saul Alinsky 101 in action.
When the Bank of Omaha, the spineless virtue signalling institution they proved to be, cancelled their NRA credit card relationship. I cancelled my card with them, but I did use it to make a couple of modest contributions to the NRA before cancelling.
Whatever flaws one finds in the NRA, now is not the time to walk away.
FWIW after posting this I made a very modest contribution to the NRA Political Victory Fund. That is the lobbying arm of the NRA. I try to go to an indoor range once a week or so for light practice. When I do not go, I try give about what I would have spent exercising my Second Amendment rights to the protection of them. It is not a lot of money, but better than nothing and sort of keeps me to a Second Amendment budget.
