It's deja vu all over again.

There's definitely a pattern emerging

FM is the china of ammo manufacturers. their stuff is cheap, works reasonably well most of the time, just don't expect to get it over night.

I also wrote it on the wall of a bathroom stall, at a rest stop on the turnpike. It was right above the glory hole.

Ordering ammo from a so so company in Idaho and expecting it to get anywhere close to PA quickly via a ground shipping service in the winter is kinda not going to happen.
Ground means that, it travels by trucks, on the ground.
As for the company itself, the .380 I found in with the 9mm I ordered, combined with the couple rounds with upside down bullets was enough for me to write them off.
I don't find them that much of a savings anyway.

I order my projetiles for reloading from RMR, free shipping and usually have them in 4-5 day's.
They are located in Idaho as well, but it's not loaded ammo so they priority mail them.
Any time I order something from the other side of the country and it ships ground I don't expect it in a week, I would think most people would feel the same, apparently not.
I'll wait for the next post of where not to shop, any guesses;).

I love finding those small flatrate boxes on the porch with a whole roll of packing tape keeping the 40 pounds of lead inside from falling out.

Funny you say that, I was in my driveway when the last 1k got delivered, the mailman said "what the hecks in there". I told him it's gold coins I was waiting for, the look on his face was rather entertaining lol.

I've sent plently of those out from my shop. I think I'm the reason my mailman retired. Nothing like shipping out lead by the boxful.
Re: Freedom Munitions - Is There A Worse Business?
I've never had any issues with Freedom. I'm never in a hurry to get it, so the UPS ground doesn't bother me. Plus, I get to support my the state I grew up in.
