Junior benchrest competitive shooting

Hey guys, I've been a gun owner and hunter for as long as I've been able to. I've had my son doing some form of shooting (but not as much as he or I would like) since he was 4 or 5. He is now 12 and has expressed interest in competitive benchrest shooting. I did some online searches and didn't come up with much. Can anybody provide a little information or direction? We live in Berks County and would like to try something somewhat local if available. Thank you in advance.
