BTW, closest WAWA is at 115 and 940...about 20+ minutes away...I only stopped during sub week when they had the $5 hoagie special when kiddo was a councilor at the Cub Scout camp.
The WAWA in Blakeslee just remodeled, removed most of their shelves and put in seats and tables. They are now a "restaurant" and got their liquor license. They will now be selling gas, takeout food and beer/wine. With the latter two items where they will make all of their money. This is pure genius from a business perpective. The closest distributor is in White Haven or Mt. Pocono. But WAWA is open 24/7 and will charge premium rates for their alcohol (if they're smart). Good lord, that place is a gold mine!

The have to have the beer and wine in a separate area which is closed and locked at I think 10 or 11p.

I was just in Swiftwater a couple weeks ago. Stopped at a really shady gas station for some milk, hand soap and a lady's razor late at night. Sketchy crowd, definitely glad I was carrying. Also, the pumps didn't pump gas, kept clicking off and I only got 1 gallon. Filled up somewhere else fine the next day.
They need a good, well-lit convenience store.
Thumbs up for T.K. Alfredo's Pizza.
It was this one right at 611 and 314:

LOL! Yeah, I guess you're right.
Been that price for at least 40 years!

Snow in July. I didn't realize the elevation was that high.
Fuel prices are fantastic though.

Damn , people will eat hot dogs that cheap? What the heck are they made from?
The Hebrew National dogs I bought last night were on sale and were still $2.99 for 4pak.

When you triple-charge for every other item in the store, you can afford to give away a few hot dogs every day.

Ha, yeah, I don't take photos of the gas stations I stop at. Definitely not recent prices there.
