Does anyone have a suggested routine for practicing with the pistol at home after work? Anything from 5 minutes to an hour I’m curious to try out.
Obvious slow fire and mag changes, but I’m trying to expand the ol’ skill set

Ben Stoeger books.
Transitions, movement, mag changes, target acquisition are key. Always have a plan. These help as well https://gofastdontsuck.net/swag-stor...cals-c29901657

You could always try something like this.
A simple plan that I do 2x each week and always, make sure to check, double check and triple check that your weapon is unloaded and live ammo is not present in the room you are dry firing in.
1. From the Ready: Dry Fire 1 round – work on perfect trigger press. (5x)
2. Ready Position-STRONG Hand only, Dry fire 1 round. (5x)
3. Ready Position-WEAK Hand only, Dry fire 1 round. (5x)
4. The Presentation (Draw Stroke):
• Open Carry: Draw & Dry fire 1 round. (5x)
• Concealment: Draw & Dry fire 1 round. (5x)
5. Empty Reload Drill. Slide locked back, empty magazine in weapon. Spare magazine contains dummy rounds.
• Perform an empty reload. (5x)
6. Tactical Load Drill. Both magazines contain dummy rounds.
• Perform a tactical reload. (5x)
7. From the Ready: Dry Fire 1 round – work on perfect trigger press. (5x)
You folks rock, thank you
