I think buds recently had new USC's in black for like $1200. It is often better to buy online and get what you want for the price you want.

As far as the description, logic clearly leads you to believe its black. As you can see the third title is labeled "Finish" and in the screen shoot of the USC the "Finish" column clearly says BL. I now know that BL stands for blued but the USC doesnt come in blued, its Grey or Black. The very first listing for the GSG even says Gry in the Finish description.

As far as coming back to deal with you, maybe my next go around. I'm not super heated about anything that went down but I def. dont feel like the Ace went above and beyond to earn my business and to make me feel justified in spending the extra money with you guys compared to what I can buy online. I would LOVE to spend my money at some place local but I'm not going to just throw it at a company that doesnt treat me like they want my business.

Once again, I wasn't so much disappointed in the offer as much as the fact that I figured Ace would be more willing to work with me due to the item I was interested in.

I appreciate you standing up for your company and trying to make things right, you seem like you've got your head on straight and know a thing or two about making customers happy.
Hey I bought the hk tactical from that list!
And theyve had that usc for a while.

You and - as you say - 99.99999% of the population have zero desire for a Klinton-ban-gray .45 USC with a proprietary 10rd mag.

You probably already know this, but there is a guy that shows up at EVERY gunshow in SWPA for several years now with a gray UpperStClair and it still hasn't sold. I have a feeling that like Ace's - he'd rather not deal.

If they made the USCs in 9mm - they'd have flown off the shelves over the decades, instead... but then you know that already.

ACE should have paid you to take that white elephant off their hands; let them sit on it and continue to tie up the inventory money maintaining it.
