Funny thing happend today (serpa holster)

We had an active shooter training session today at our school and the office playing the part of shooter went to take his blue gun out of his holster took three trys to get his gun out of the holster. I just thought i was amusing.... I don't care for the serpa myself for this very reason. I have had issues with it at idpa matches and while playing airsoft. Just thought I would share.

he probably doesn't use one normally. i had the same problem when i first got one, so i didn't use it until i practiced with it. now, i can draw everytime.

Never had any problems with the draw.

I am a teacher. This was one of our act 80 in service days. The kids have a half day and then we have some type of training session in the afternoon. Todays was about how to handle and active/static shooter situation in the school. So of course being that i was at school and not in Texas i did not have my gun with me.

Im very glad they are doing this. Our school just had a meeting that basically said lock your doors and hide against the wall. No real training, took all of 15 minutes to put together. Lame. Its great schools are actually doing something about it.
