Sig Sauer Serial Lookup
Does anyone know where you can look up a Sig's year of production and any other info on it?

If it's a German Sig, there will be a two letter date code, that represents the year of manufacture, stamped on the frame below the muzzle. A=0 / B=1 / C=2 / D=3 / E=4 / F=5 / G=6 / H=7 / J=8 / K=9.
Otherwise you're SOL, unless you can get Sig to cooperate. Adios, Pizza Bob

UU is a serial number prefix - not a date code. If there is no date code, it's not a German Sig - see my OP
