Agree. It's also my understanding that whatever the penetration in wetpaks is you can increase it roughly 50% to get a comparable gelatin performance. What say you to that ??

some people use newspaper. some people use phone books. some people use shreaded paper. some people let it sit overnight, some for 2 days, some for a few hours. There's zero consistency.

So is it safe to say you are not buying the 150% rule I referanced because the wetpak makeup is unknown ?

correct. ballistic gelatin is made to FBI/IWBA specifications and is calibrated. Wetpack construction is an unknown variable.
