Yes they are. IMO, the only thing better is if I had the SS model (hard, hard, hard, to get). I did nothing to mine other than initial cleaning and it shot sub 3 inch groups at 7 yds, freehand (two hand grip, Weaver stance) with WWB, 230 gr FMJ. And I had not shot a SA 45 in 10 years. Great night sights, you just put one dot on top the other (looks like a modified figure eight) with the top of the top dot where you want the bullet to go.

Great guns. I've shot 4 of them, to the tune of abt 150rds. Never a hiccup. The guys that own the 4, report no issues.

Take a look at the dan wesson's on the CZ-USA site. I don't own one but my brother does (among a few others) and it's his favorite. Pricey but I've heard it said that you get what you pay for.
