lmao I love how you talk to your guns Its great, you should write childrens books. "A Man and his Boy, Glock". It'll teach youngers all about guns and gun safety!

I like a Glock for carry! It usually get to wrapped-up keeping other pistols clean and peerdy but the Glock just asks to be taken along! <--- OMG! Maybe they do talk!!!!! (Ned wonders)(whistles) "Here Glock!" "Comon boy!"
Must be sleeping in.

jsb889,

Actually I'm not much of a "talker", my Glock talks to me more than I talk to him.
If I were to write a book, I'd need my Glock to co-author in order to get my thoughts across... children's books may not be a wise choice, my Glock seems to have a dirty mind... you shoulda' seen him checkin' out those mannequins, he was like some kinda' Tennifer-coated perv!

I'm kinda' liking the fact that I CAN carry my Glock if I wear the right clothes. This SERPA holster I picked up is working better than expected.

OK, so I have a potential problem here...

My 9mm, G19 has been SO happy these past few weeks - going for walks, shopping at the mall, peeking at thong-wearing mannequins... now there's another Glock on its way - A Subcompact, .40 cal. G27. (with a LaserMax!)
What the heck am I going to tell the 19? "get back in the drawer kid, your a house gun again!" Oh, he's going to be devastated. Sometimes I open the drawer a crack and peek in at him while he's sleeping. I can tell that he's dreaming of adventures in far away lands. (anywhere outside the front door)

Not only will he be upset about being replaced as a carry gun by a younger Glock, but the younger G27 is a .40 caliber! Oh my, this isn't going to go over well at all!

Cool Re: Anyone keep a Glock that's for HOME defense, not CARRY?

Comon Fellas with cameras! I need to see those Glocks around the doggy dish or waiting with leash in mouth! I can't do it.. It's all I can do to get the wife to type for me.

EMPTY MAG, WHEN YOU GET YOUR GLOCK 27 WITH THE LASERMAX, IF YOU USE THE SERPA HOLSTER, YOU WILL NOTICE THAT WHEN YOU DRAW THE WEAPON IT WILL TEND TO STICK. IT IS BECAUSE THE LASERMAX SLIDE BAR THAT YOU USE TO TURN ON THE LASER IS A LITTLE LONGER THAN STOCK. WHEN YOU PULL THE GUN FROM THE HOLSTER THE BAR CATCHS ON THE CUT OUT BEHIND THE RETENTION LEVER. I HAD TO USE A DREMEL TOOL AND FILE A 45% {RAMP} TO ALLOW IT TO RELEASE SMOOTHLY. TOOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES TO DO. MINE IS A G22.

In two and a half hours I'm going to pick up my newly adopted Glock 27.

I still haven't told my G19 about his new "brother"... this may be a long night.

My Glock 21 sits at home during the warm months as my house gun and goes out on patrol for the fall/winter months when its more easier to conceal. My Glock 21 is diffinitely an ultimate combat pistol. Anyone who doesn't own a Glock pistol is surely ...WRONG !
