Default Should I keep it, or should I sell/trade it?

Thats the question.

I currently have 3 polymar framed weapons(well, actualy 4, but 4th one don't matter).

My trusted M&P9 full size, M&P9 Compact, and XD9 Service.

M&P fullsize has been a trusted CCW for me since day I started to CC it. 2 years, never had an issue, other then mag follower broke(and mag still worked. It just became rattlely).

M&P9 Compact I recently bought - I inteded to be a gun for my fiance. Since she shoots full size fine, I wanted something with same controls, but little smaller, which I've plan to CCW it once reliability is established(So far, 300rds went down the tube, and initial hickup pretty much worked itself out. I just shot 100rds today without any issue).

And my XD9 service. I bought it with no clear idea why.
I guess I just wanted it. People always compare XD and M&P, so i guess I just wanted to know.
Its good gun. Its accurate. Trigger is smooth right our of box(I wish M&P's trigger is this smooth). Its jam free so far(about 400rds).
I think there may be little more aftermarket support, like sights, and holster.

Yet, I just can't worm up to it. I donno what it is.
Its almost like driving Toyota Camry. Excellent family car. Get you point A to point B without any probrem, confortable, dependable. good in gas, roomy, economical, yet you don't LOVE driving it.

I had same feeling when I had G-17. dependable, and accurate weapon, but I couldn't love it. But with Glock, I had specific reason why I didn't love the gun. Grip angle was all off to me. When I draw fron holster, front sight was almost always pointing high. I could aim the gun, and hit the bullseye allday long, under controlled situation, but thats about it.
So off to new owner it went.

With XD, I just don't know what it is. I like the weapon. Just don't LOVE the gun....

Is that make any sence?

I think that you should just be a good guy and give it to me. Sorry, it had to be said.... If you really don't know that you want to keep it then the best thing to do would be to sell it to someone who would give it a good home. I can think of at least one person here who would be glad to take it off your hands for the right price...

I know a place where you can donate you firearms to.
Can't seem to find it, but if you send me the gun I will make sure that it gets there......

No seriously, I understand what you are saying. Thats why I never bought a Glock, they just don't feel comfortable. (and I tried to like them)
If it is not working for you, you mine as well get rid of it, or put it towards something else..

trade it in and get something else if it aint doing it for ya.

Why would you keep it if you dont want it?

The CZ's are sweet, when you get one post about it and I can share some about mine

and the 22 kadet kit for the CZ's are nice too.

Both are beautiful guns. You can't go wrong with either one.
I like them both, but I would take the CZ first.

If you don't like it, you probably won't shoot it much, and so it isn't doing you any good.

Sell/trade to whomever makes a reasonable offer.

You don't love it because there is nothing to love.

It is a tool. Plain and simple. You don't love it any more than you should love a claw hammer from the local hardware store.

It is a fine firearm and serves the purpose it was designed for, but these new polymer handguns have no character or endearing qualities the way old guns (and cars) have.

I would just sell the pistol outright to someone who likes it. If you
go to use it for a trade a dealer will probably give you only 70% of the
value they place on it from the "Blue Book". Sell it and get the cash and then
go buy the pistol you would like to have. That Sig Navy, sounds just about
right.
