i have the 22a-1 with a 7" barrel. its a great pistol and cheap to shoot all day! i've had mine for 6 years now. mine has a magazine safety and wont fire unless the magazine is in it.

Thanks bigdog02, for the review. I had the opportunity to fire a few rounds through a friend's, and have been considering getting one someday. All of the positive comments have pretty much sealed the deal for me. It's either that, or I need to start reloading.

Took the 22A out today and ran 500 Rounds through it. This was with the new Federal Ammo I just purchased. First 4-5 Magazines every second round would jam, after that was smooth sailing. Again can't stress enough how fun this gun is to shoot.
