Default Smith & Wesson M&P

Does anybody else like the M&P. I have the 9 and have fired the .40. What about the .45?

When I bought my XD .45 it was a toss up between it and the M&P. The XD won out because of the extra safety features, feeling in my hand, and large magazine. If you're a fan of S&W though, you can't go wrong.

I own a M&P 9mm, and it's currently my carry weapon. I love it. It looks nice, has a durable finish (Melonite on Stainless slide), and in approx. 1200 rounds I've NEVER had a failure of any kind. I pull the trigger, it goes boom.

FYI, here's two of the threads I posted on it awhile back:
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/gun-pictu...e-m-p-9mm.html
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/pistols-4...w-m-p-9mm.html

I haven't shot the M&P 40 or 45 as of yet.

Hi

Cabela's in Hamburg has the basic model for $469. The night sight version is $500. Gander Mountain is about $40 higher. 9mm's are harder to find than the 40's.

Unless they have just opened I-78 good luck getting to Cabela's.
